Q1: Why is the power adapter(not included) output requested? When the charging stand charges the VR Headset and two controllers at the same time, in order to provide sufficient current, the charging stand must be equipped with a power adapter(not included) with an output of more than 5V2A. Q2: Why are my controller batteries not charging? Please make sure the batteries are positioned correctly in the controllers. There are metal contacts on the battery (in gray) that have to face upwards for charging. Q3: How many times can I charge the batteries? The battery can be recharged 1000 COMPLETE charge/discharge cycles ( 0% - 100%, 100% - 0% ). Q4: Why are my controller batteries not charged up to 100%? First, please ensure the battery contacts are properly connected (see Q1 above). Second, this is an intentional design for the product. To prevent overcharge and increase both battery life and charging stability, the battery display may show that the batteries are not fully charged. Usually, the batteries will charge all the way to 100%, but the Quest may still display it at 90% or lower. Don’t worry, this is completely normal. Third, the controller batteries last much longer than the headset. You won't have the controllers running out of battery during normal use.
