There is also an additional waterproof membrane layer between upper and lining for proven performance in difficult weather conditions.The Boots have a streamlined design which features a front bellow with a stitchless construction and a textile underneath for lightness, thinness and low weight. The shaping provides long-lasting comfort and incorporates an ergonomic Toe box construction for superior feel when operating the bike's controls. There is also a rear bellow which allows for flex whilst also maintain the structural rigidity of the Boot. The shift pad on the Boot has been constructed from a thin but durable real rubber layer glued on a low material volume, a lightweight and a slender Toe.For rider safety, this Boot features complete Ankle protection. There are dual density Ankle protectors on the medial and lateral sides, and reinforced with poly-foam padding for protection and comfort. The Boots also have a hot-melt reinforcement on the Shin plate for weight-saving and protection against impacts.
