The Cybex Cloud T i-Size Car Seat is packed with safety features to keep your little one safe and boasts a whole host of comfort features for you and your child.Suitable for use from birth until they re 87cm long, usually around 15-18 months, the rewardward-facing Cloud T comes with a newborn inlay to make sure they re snug and kept in place and it also allows them to lie near flat in the car and completely flat when outside of the car or on a pushchair frame. The seat grows with your child too. After you ve removed the newborn inlay the headrest can be easily adjusted with one hand to one of 12 positions and thankfully the 5-point harness moves with the headrest, so no awkward rethreading!The Cloud T can be installed with a 3-point seat belt in virtually any car, but it is strongly recommended that you purchase a separate car seat base. The Cloud T is compatible with the Cybex Base T and Base Z2. These bases allow you to take your child in and out of the car with ease. With one hand you can start the rotation and turn the seat towards you and quickly and easily take the child in or out of the car. No more awkward twisting and turning in the car park. As the Cloud T and Base T are parts of Cybex s modular system, the base can be used with the next stage of seat when they outgrow their Cloud T.The cocoon-like shape of the Cloud T inherently keeps them safe, but there are other great safety features too. The side impact protection wings pop out from the side of the seat (you only open the one closest to the door) and they can reduce the forces from an impact by as much as 25% by spreading the harmful forces throughout the seat shell and away from your child.Keeping them safe from the sun s harmful rays is an XXL UPF50+ sun canopy, great for creating a little shady place for a snooze. The Plus version of the Cloud T has a peek-a-boo window in the hood too. Speaking of the Plus versions, they come with even more breathable mesh fabrics to help regulate kids' temperatures on hot days.
