The Cuvée Rosé from Maison Laurent-Perrier is a premium Champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The bottle, with its iconic and recognisable shape, is a great classic reminiscent of those used in the time of Henry IV. The wine, on the other hand, is remembered for its elegance and complexity. It is made from grapes from several prestigious crus, mainly located in the Côte de Bouzy and Montagne de Reims areas. In the glass it has a beautiful, elegant colour reminiscent of salmon. The nose is fresh and dominated by small red fruits, from raspberry to currant, from wild strawberry to cherry. The classic notes of pastry and acacia honey round off the bouquet. In the mouth it is surprisingly fresh and again dominated by the classic fruity note. It is a decidedly gastronomic Champagne, perfect as an aperitif but also ideal for pairing with elegant and refined dishes. Excellent with smoked salmon or a rich raw shellfish.
