BBC iPlayer to launch on 27 July
27th July 2007. Remember this date. Internet TV is about to grow up. The BBC's on demand service, called iPlayer.
You might be surprised at my enthusiasm for this service. Why? well other providers have certainly got services up and running, but the BBC offering is going to blow them away - assuming it can handle tthe demand - for one single reason : content.
